The few years spent studying in the technical field finally led me to graphic arts world and visual creation in 2000. After several passages in Parisian agencies and studios, I left the capital to gain my independence and settle first in the bellifontaine forest with some free electrons of the collective dac, then in Asia from where I draw my inspiration with new cultures. These years of learning and work allowed me to have a global reflection in the field of graphics, from print to web.

TERMS OF SALES
Article I. Content of the product
The service provider is committed to the client to provide the following services:
– Site hosting on request
– Update the website regularly
– Resolving issues resulting from updates
– Weekly backup of site files
– Support by email in case of problem
Article II. Price and payment
The subscription is valid per month and according to the chosen Package per website (excluding taxes). Payment will be made by credit card and debited each month. For any interruption or suspension of the service, please send a request by email to: support@studio-ideo.com
Any other request for a service will be subject to an estimation.
Article III. Customer’s obligations
The customer must pay the subscription price each month, if this was not the case the site would be immediately disconnected. The client must give the service provider the access to the Web server in case of non-hosting of the files. The client must give the service provider all the informations required to perform the services. Since the client is able to integrate contents into the site via the administration page, all the data or elements that are part of it (texts, images) remain the exclusive property of their authors. The client declares to be the owner of the intellectual property rights on these contents and undertakes to pursue alone, any action or claim in case of misappropriation of all or part of these contents by users or third parties. The provider is, in no way, responsible for these contents.
Article IV. Obligations of the service provider
The service provider must ensure the actions of maintenance stated above in Article I as soon as possible after the knowledge of the problem. Web pages must be encoded by the provider in HTML, PHP, CSS or any other languages generally recognized by the industry so that they can be viewed by users using the major web browsers.
